Michael Gallagher

Professor Gallagher is the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Prelude Capital, a global investment adviser managing over $5 billion of allocations, where he previously served as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Prelude Capital, Professor Gallagher advised prominent real estate sponsors and lenders at Proskauer Rose LLP. He has taught at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he lectured on classical cello performance. He received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A. from The University of Memphis.
