Developments in Tax Law Seminar
Dean Russell K. Osgood will moderate a discussion with WashULaw professors Conor Clarke, Sarah Narkiewicz, and Peter Wiedenbeck as they provide insights and analysis on developments in tax law.

Discussion will include:

  • Developments affecting qualified retirement savings programs and their implications for income and wealth inequality.
  • The Inflation Reduction Act and how increased IRS funding will impact low-income taxpayers.
  • Moore v. United States and its potential fiscal, economic, equity, and administrative consequences.
