The keynote panel was moderated by WashULaw Professor Travis Crum and included presentations by Samuel Issacharoff of NYU Law on “Democracy Unmoored: Populism and the Corruption of Popular Sovereignty” and Michael Kang and Joanna Shepherd of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Emory University School of Law respectively, on “Free to Judge: The Power of Campaign Money in Judicial Elections.”
Thank you to all who participated and to Professor Crum for hosting the conference.
