Christopher Hoell

Chris Hoell is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Violent Crimes Unit of the Southern District of Illinois U.S. Attorney’s Office. He also is the USAO’s Reentry Coordinator. In that position he works with a variety of federal, state and local groups to assist convicted felons with their reentry back into society. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Chris worked as a state prosecutor handling crimes against children and was also in private practice specializing in criminal defense and employment law. He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and is a current coach of WashULaw’s Trial Team.
