Thomas Albus

Tom Albus has been a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in St. Louis since 2002. During that time, he has prosecuted all manner of crimes from petty offenses to complex drug conspiracies to multimillion-dollar fraud schemes. He has handled hundreds of cases through hearings, trials and appeals and has won numerous awards. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s office, Tom worked for a large commercial law firm in St. Louis and he began his career as a judicial clerk to Judge John C. Holstein (ret.) of the Missouri Supreme Court. Tom is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
