We are pleased to announce Associate Professor of Law Elizabeth Katz was selected as the 2021-2022 Haub Law Emerging Scholar in Gender & Law by the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University! Professor Katz was selected for her paper, “Sex, Suffrage, and State Constitutional Law: Women’s Legal Right to Hold Public Office,” published this year in the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism.
