Jeffrey R. Hoops

Jeffrey R. Hoops joined Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., as an associate, following his clerkship with the Hon. Deborah L. Cook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Hoops and his wife, Kate, welcomed a daughter, Cecilia Margaret Hoops, in July 2014.
