Troy M. Sphar has been promoted to partner in the Chicago office of Swanson, Martin & Bell LLP. Sphar is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes Group, as well as the Employment Litigation and Counseling Group. He focuses his practice on advising employers and individuals on employment matters, including restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, trade secret protection, termination decisions, employee manuals, and best employment practices.
