George Fitzsimmons

George L. Fitzsimmons has been named to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, whose membership consists of mediators and arbitrators distinguished by their hands-on experience in civil and commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution. Fitzsimmons has been self-employed as an arbitrator, special master, and mediator since 1999 at George L. Fitzsimmons LLC in St. Louis. Before that, he worked for more than 20 years in the defense of civil litigation matters and for 11 years on complex plaintiff’s civil litigation.
