Professor Susan Frelich Appleton Leads a Discussion for The American Law Institute

Professor Susan Frelich Appleton recently led a discussion of Restatement of the Law, Children and the Law for The American Law Institute. The event was held at Columbia Law School and included reflection on issues and themes that recurred during the years of work on the Restatement, in addition to panels on family regulation and youth crime regulation.
