Participants will gain foundational knowledge of AI concepts, LLM functionalities, and judicial use-cases.

Legal AI Tools and Ethical Responsibilities

Participants will see how leading legal AI tools work in practice, understand lawyers’ ethical obligations regarding AI and how judges respond to AI misuse in litigation.

How Judges are Using & Adapting to AI Nationwide

Participants will learn how courts nationwide are addressing AI through orders, guidance, and practical implementations.

AI Regulatory Landscape and Emerging AI Litigation

Participants will gain insights into current regulatory frameworks and pending AI-related litigation, enabling informed judicial response.
