About Peter Wiedenbeck

Peter Wiedenbeck studies federal income tax law and in the tax and labor law regulation of employee benefit plans. He is author of two books on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and the co-author of casebooks on federal income taxation, employee benefits, and partnership taxation. His publications also include many law review articles exploring diverse issues of tax and employee benefit law.
