AI in the Courts: A View from the Bench on Standing Orders, Disclosure Requirements, and Evidence

This program brings together judges from Illinois and Massachusetts to examine how courts are responding to generative AI, including AI standing orders, disclosure requirements, AI-generated filings and evidence, appropriate judicial uses of AI, verification and transparency, and whether new AI-specific rules are necessary.
