Boardroom AI Risk for Employers: Governance, Workforce Decisions, and High-Stakes Litigation Exposure

This program will examine how the use of AI in workforce management, hiring, discipline, compliance, and operational decision-making can create major litigation, regulatory, reputational, and fiduciary risks for employers. The program will explore the questions boards and senior management should be asking about AI deployment, the legal exposure that can arise when automated systems affect large groups of employees, and how outside and in-house counsel can advise leadership on governance frameworks that reduce risk.

Gerald L.
