Disability Law Caucus Navigating Accommodations in the Workplace

A Zoom panel featuring multiple perspectives on how to navigate accommodations in both academic and professional settings, including attorneys with direct experience navigating the accommodation process at their respective firms and a disability nonprofit with expertise in advising individuals on the ins and outs of the process. Specific topics will include navigating how to disclose a disability to an employer, understanding the different types of accommodations available and how to access them, and the related rights guaranteed under the ADA. There will also be a Q and A to allow students to ask related questions they may have.
