Adjunct Professor
Alfred J. Ludwig is an instructor in mergers and acquisitions. Professor Ludwig is also a member of Lewis Rice LLC, where he practices as a comprehensive business advisor with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions and entity formation and structuring. Professor Ludwig has also developed a significant commercial real estate practice, advises with respect to financing transactions, structuring and negotiating information technology and related software licensing arrangements, and compliance and best practices in data privacy regulation.
Professor Ludwig was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars® in 2015 and 2017-2018. In 2019 and 2022, He was named a Top M&A Provider by St. Louis Small Business Monthly. Professor Ludwig was also listed as a Notable Practitioner in the ILFR1000 list for 2020, which ranks lawyers and law firms on the basis of financial and corporate transactional work.
