About Cormac Smith
Cormac Smith is an Assistant Professor of Practice and Director of the Veterans Law Clinic. Before joining the faculty in July 2024, Professor Smith served over 20 years as an active-duty U.S. Army Officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in June 2024. Professor Smith spent roughly the final 15 years of his military career in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he specialized in criminal and adverse administrative action law.
