Joshua Zink
Resource Description and Technical Services Librarian
Josh joined the Law Library as the Resource Description and Technical Services Librarian in February 2024. He is responsible for cataloging, acquisitions, serials, and maintaining the Law Library’s collection of rare and antique books. Josh earned his Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree from Kent State University (2014). Previously, he earned a BS in accounting from Greenville University (2010).
Before joining the law library, Josh served as the Senior Cataloger at the Illinois Heartland Library System (2022-2024), the largest library consortium in North America. There, he was responsible for training cataloging librarians at member libraries, as well as overseeing the shared catalog. Other previous positions include Technical Services Librarian positions at the Ferguson Municipal Public Library (2020-2022) and Greenville University (2017-2020). Josh also previously served in the Law Library as a Serials and Technical Services Assistant (2014-2017).
