Rodolfo Rivera
Adjunct Professor
Rodolfo Rivera is an adjunct professor teaching International business transactions and criminal law. He is the Chief International Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 Company, since 2007, and was primarily responsible for the Company’s global expansion. He opened offices in Mexico and Malta. He established a network of attorneys in 34 countries to work as the company’s preferred counsel. He currently manages a multimillion-dollar domestic and international litigation budget on matters with a combined exposure of over $250 million dollars. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on managing litigation, litigating in multicultural jurisdictions, and managing outside counsel.
