As chief financial officer and vice president of finance at The Doe Run Company, Terry Fox is responsible for the financial health of Doe Run. Fox oversees corporate and divisional finance and accounting departments with responsibility for company controllership, treasury, financial planning and analysis, as well as supply chain management. As a member of the company’s executive team, Fox provides counsel on strategic initiatives, establishes company fiscal policies and procedures, and provides risk management. With more than 30 years of experience, Fox has worked with both private and publicly held companies, including Bunge Limited, Solae and Bank of America. Fox holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Anderson School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delaware, in Newark, Del. He received a CPA certificate from the State of California, and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Financial Executives Institute.
