The School of Law and the university’s board of trustees recently granted tenure to three superstar professors: Daniel Epps, Trevor Gardner, and Rachel Sachs. Congratulations!
Professor Daniel Epps is an expert on the criminal justice system and the U.S. Supreme Court. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy.
Professor Trevor Gardner is an expert in criminal law and procedure, with an emphasis on police governance. He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD degree from Harvard Law School.
Professor Rachel Sachs is an expert of innovation policy and health law. She earned her JD degree from Harvard Law School and a master’s degree in public health from Harvard School of Public Health. Sachs also clerked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit Judge Richard A. Posner.
