Benjamin Lipman was one of three finalists chosen to fill the seat on the Missouri Supreme Court that was vacated when Judge Richard Teitelman, JD ’73 passed away. As an attorney at Lewis Rice, Lipman focuses his practice on constitutional law and commercial litigation.
