Brett J. Preston

Brett J. Preston, a shareholder at Hill Ward Henderson’s Litigation Group and the firm’s general counsel, was re-elected to the Board of Directors for The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), an international, invitation-only defense organization. Preston also chaired the FDCC’s 2016 Annual Meeting. Although Preston’s practice emphasizes the defense of professional malpractice and life, health, and disability insurance cases, he also represents clients involved in other serious personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes.
