Daniel Leventhal has joined Winstead PC’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group as an associate in the Dallas office. His practice focuses on real estate acquisition, development, borrowing, lending, construction, leasing, and disposition. Leventhal represents developers, private equity firms, and other financial institutions in their capacities as sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, and owners of real estate transactions.
