James Dimos

James Dimos, a partner with Frost Brown Todd LLC in Indianapolis, was named deputy executive director of the American Bar Association. He serves as second in charge of ABA staff and is responsible for several functional areas, including ensuring effective communications with ABA sections, divisions, and forums. Dimos joins the ABA after nearly 30 years specializing in the litigation needs of the Indianapolis business community in the areas of antitrust, copyright, First Amendment and media, patent, product disparagement, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition. He has represented a significant number of companies listed on the Fortune 100, as well as technology, music recording, and television broadcasting companies.
