James Robertson

In 2023 the Yale Law Journal and in 2024 the Harvard Law Review selected him to evaluate submissions addressing prison law. The author of more than 180 published papers on prison law, Robertson is presently a contributing editor of West’s Criminal Law Bulletin and the Correctional Law Reporter. He is Distinguished Faculty Scholar and Professor of Corrections Emeritus, Minnesota State University.
