Jessica Edwards

Jessica Edwards has been named a partner in the St. Louis office of Bryan Cave LLP. Edwards’ practice focuses on transactional tax advice. She represents clients in taxable and tax-free acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, and spin-offs and advises clients with respect to associated tax issues. Edwards also is an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law, where she teaches advanced corporate taxation.
