John Kozyak

John W. Kozyak has been honored as one of the Legal Luminaries by the Dade County Bar Association. Kozyak is a founding partner of Kozyak Tropin Throckmorton LLP in Miami. He has played a major role in bankruptcy cases across the nation, representing business owners, lenders, creditors’ committees, and major creditors, and he has been appointed a trustee and receiver.
