Rachael L. Schwartz

Rachael has joined Sullivan & Worcester’s Investment Management Group as counsel in the New York office. A significant portion of her practice is dedicated to providing counsel on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related securities and corporate laws. She serves as independent counsel to directors of mutual funds and variable insurance trusts.
