Sandy Kugbei was a member of the team from the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP that advised Spotify, the world’s largest global music streaming subscription service, on its groundbreaking direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Unlike a traditional initial public offering, Spotify did not offer any new shares and there were no underwriters.
