Thomas Skip Mark

Thomas Skip Mark has earned the Legal Services Award from the Washington Council of Lawyers, a voluntary bar association that promotes pro bono and public interest law. Mark is a Managing Attorney at the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center. He received the award for designing and supporting public interest programs for low-income residents of the District of Columbia and for mentoring attorneys providing pro bono legal representation.
