Virginia W. Lay

Virginia W. Lay was appointed St. Louis County Associate Circuit Judge by Gov. Parson. Lay was a special assistant circuit attorney of the Missouri Division of Employment Security and an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law. Lay is also a member of the Missouri Bar Association and its Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee, as well as the St. Louis Country Bar Association.
