Young was appointed as President & Representative Director of Westlaw Japan K.K., a Joint Venture in Japan by Thomson Reuters and Shinnippon-Hoki in 2019. In addition, Young has also leading the entire Legal business of Thomson Reuters in Japan since 2020.
