Zachary Kraning

Zachary M. Kraning joins Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. as an Associate in the Tax Credit Financing & Syndication Practice. Zach represent developers and investors on complex real estate matters, often including the use of federal and state low-income tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, and other incentive programs. Drawing upon his past experience as an accountant (and training as a CPA), he counsels clients on all aspects of these transactions, from beginning to end. Zach received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, and his Master of Professional Accountancy and B.B.A. from University of South Dakota.
