Last week Professors Ben Levin, Sheldon Evans, and Vice Dean of Research and Faculty Development Trevor Gardner represented WashU Law at CrimFest, the largest annual gathering of criminal law scholars in the country, hosted this year at the University of Pennsylvania.
Professor Levin, one of two national co-organizers of the conference, helped lead the event, which brought together more than 160 scholars from law schools across the U.S. to share research and explore pressing issues in criminal law and procedure.
Professor Evans presented his latest paper, “Who is Poisoning Who: Criminality of Second-Gen Immigration,” and Professor Levin presented “Prosecuting a President.” Vice Dean Gardner also participated in the conference by moderating a panel on “Crimmigration.”
