Professor Susan Frelich Appleton published “The Forgotten Family Law of Eisenstadt v. Baird” in 2016. The article examines a noted Supreme Court case from 1972, its implications and aftermath. As a result of the article, Professor Appleton was interviewed for a documentary about Bill Baird, one of the named parties in the case. That documentary is now complete and premiered at the DOC NYC 2023 Festival!
