Professor MJ Durkee recently participated in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) 10th meeting of the Partnership of International Organizations for Effective International Rulemaking, in Paris. Professor Durkee spoke at an expert roundtable related to a report she prepared for this project. The report is “Private Sector Participation in International Rulemaking: Governance Models,” and it will be published by the OECD secretariat in the near future.
