Three WashU Law faculty and staff were honored with Annual Outstanding Faculty and Staff Awards at a ceremony hosted by the Graduate Student Senate on April 21.
Dean Stefanie Lindquist, Professor Joel Seligman, and Admissions Specialist Jessica Hudson, all recognized for their remarkable impact on the lives and careers of graduate and professional students.
The ceremony celebrated 26 honorees from 20 WashU departments. This year marked the first time nominations were open to professional students, thanks to the formation of the new Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC).
Each nominee was celebrated for contributions across six key areas: personal support and connection, community development, advocacy, quality of life, scholarly development, and professional growth. Nominations were scored by the awards committee and voted on by the broader GPSC.
